1. General Check-in / Check-out Policy is as per below :
  a. Check-in time is 12 pm and check-out time is 11 am
  b. Subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out will be considered. Charges as applicable

2. a.  Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancelation of booking 48 hours prior to arrival no cancellation charges apply. After which 1 nights retention will be applicable.

b. Refund Policy: The refund process  mode will be same in which we have received the payment while booking the room. This will take 5 working days for refund

3. Amendment of bookings is allowed until only 48 hours prior to arrival. 

4. Children & extra beds :
– All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children’s cots/cribs.
– All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
– All further older children or adults are charged INR 1000 per night for extra beds.
– The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.

5. Guest information :
Guest Identification proof :
– Guest have to provide valid government Identity proof at the time of check-in, without which guest will not be allowed to check-in.
Guest arrival time :
– Check-in from 12:00 to 00:00
– Check-out until 11:00 am

6. Internet, parking and pets :
Internet :
– WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Parking :
– Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).
Pets :
– Pets are not allowed.
